At 12.15pm MoveAbility – Let’s Get Moving Seaford Promenade PHOTO Walk and Talk. Let’s take a gentle walk along Seaford Promenade beginning after Meet up Mondays, stopping off for a cuppa at the Salts Café. We suggest you allow 2 hours in total.
